Mentoring Sessions
The mentoring sessions are especially held for students and yoga teachers who are ready to deepen their practice through recieving a personal yoga practice and through the study of scriptures. Some of the texts that I teach are Patañjali-s Yoga Sūtra-s (sūtra by sūtra study), Haṭha Yoga Prādīpika (vs by vs). Some of the specialised sessions that I can offer to teachers and trainee teachers to deepen their knowldge include Prānāyāma workshop, Yoga Sādhana (Yoga 'off' the mat), Bandha-s and Mūdra-s, and Lessons from Patañjali for the 21st Century.
Scriptures Study Sessions
Yoga Teachers and Teacher Trainees can deepen their knowledge of yoga philosphy by booking blocks of 8 study sessions with me. If you are intrested in studying certain text, please contact Vidhi on yoga@mi-yogah.com. I can offer lessons in Yoga Sūtra-s, Haṭhayoga Prādipika and Bhagvad Gita.
Self Practice sessions
If you are looking to develop your āsana practice but are struggling to develop one, I can offer to help you create your self practice. According to ancient yogi, a guide and a teacher is needed to help you with your practice. Traditionally, every yogi had a mentor through their yoga journey so that they can become the containers for the student. Please contact vidhi on yoga@mi-yogah.com of you would like me to design a self practice.
Workshops for Teacher Trainees and teachers
If there are certain aspects in your training that needs more attention and if you would like to go deeper into certain concepts, Vidhi can offer a group of teachers the following option:

Vedic Chanting
In many traditional cultures, the use of sound is a very significant aspect of mediative and spiritual practice. The Veda-s were also transmitted orally from one generation of teacher and students to the next. And it is in this source that Mantra-s are derived from. No one can deny the power of sounds. The mantra-s when chanted provide powerful sounds that have been used for centuries and beyond . The benefits of chanting range from providing a positive phsyiological state thereby improving physical, mental and emotional health to improving focus and attention. Some of the chants bring about some therapeutic effects with some energising effects and some relaxing effects. Vidhi offers online and in-person vedic chanting lessons.
