Group classes are taught with a specific focus that provides individual attention and care. The sessions are breath centred using the entire spectrum of yoga tools including āsana-s (movement), prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), dhyānam (Meditation), bhāvana (visualisation) and sound.Small groups with a maximum of 8 persons can be organised in your area or with a maximum of 4 at the mi-yogaḥ clinic, Ealing.
