Step 1. Know the Mind-Body Medicine of Yoga Therapy Process:
#1 First Consultation
This is a 90 minute session with me for evaluation and assessment and for me to understand your needs in order to give yoga tools that are appororiate for you. You go home with a bespoke yoga practice especially designed for you.
#2 Teaching Session
These are 60 minute sessions to teach you the tools and to further refine and develop the yoga course provided and take into account any changes that are relevant. Another bespoke yoga practice is designed for your keep.
#3 Follow up Sessions
These are 60 minute sessions and the pattern of checking and refining continues to provide you with support and motivation to establish a routine in order to help you to sustain the change that is needed for healing.
Step 2. Choose & Schedule Yoga Therapy Sessions At Location Right For You:
#1 Evolve Wellness Centre, South Kensington
Package of 4 sessions including first consultation and a teaching session and 2 follow up sessions. Flexible timing depending on your and room availaibilty.
#2 Mac Clinic, Watford
Package of 4 sessions including first consultation and a teaching session and 2 follow up sessions. Every Thursday 10:00-13:00 hrs
#3 mi-yogah Clinic, Chiswick
Package of 4 sessions including first consultation and a teaching session and 2 follow up sessions. Flexible timing and days. Saturday option available.
